About the Artists
With years of combined professional experience, the performing team of Dave Pettigrew and Ross King will be sure to delight the Seaport Coffee House audience. Having both worked with industry legends Dave and Ross come together to share their experiences in worship and music to our coffee shop.
Dave and his band have opened for and shared the stage with MercyMe, For King & Country, Jeremy Camp, Big Daddy Weave, Michael W. Smith, Phil Wickham, Rend Collective, Brandon Heath, Tenth Avenue North, Lincoln Brewster, Mark Schultz and more. The band has toured with Sidewalk Prophets, Brandon Heath, Paul Baloche, Kutless, Love & the Outcome, the JJ Weeks Band and many others. The artist continues to push deeper into the hearts of his listeners through regular nights of worship in and around the Northeastern United States. “The touring doesn’t stop. We want to reach more people with the message of hope that has taken over our ministry.”

“Hey I’m Ross. For the last 25 years or so, I’ve been a professional songwriter, worship leader, concert performer, songwriting instructor, coach/mentor… it’s a long list but you get the idea. I make a living as a musician and creative.
After 12 years working with some great Christian Music publishers (Fair Trade and Centricity), I am currently taking a little break from that and trying out being an “indie” songwriter. I still write lots of songs for myself and for others. In addition, I spend a decent amount of time teaching other songwriters and creatives how to grow in their confidence and in their craft.” – Ross King

October 11, 2024 – Mitch McVicker
“God is love. God is involvement. For us to think that our life situation and our performance have a bearing on who God is seems arrogant and ridiculous,” says McVicker. “We yearn, we rest. We long, we take refuge. God is the source of everything.”
“We are talking about the God of the universe. God isn’t around just sometimes in certain situations. It’s always. God isn’t contained by our boundaries.”
McVicker’s vocational musical journey began by working with the late, great Rich Mullins. They performed concerts and wrote songs together. The two were roommates.
Shortly after a car wreck killed Mullins and badly injured McVicker, a song the two penned together, “My Deliverer,” was given the GMA Dove Award for song of the year…all while Mitch was going through a lengthy and difficult process of recovering from a coma-causing brain injury, collapsed lungs, broken bones, and nerve damage.
After his recovery, Mitch continued his musical career, influenced by Rich Mullins in music and thought yet with his own distinct voice and style.
McVicker’s solo career has spanned nearly 2500 concerts in 49 states and 13 countries. Along
with recording 13 full-length albums, he has made 2 EPs, released 9 official music videos and
2 live concert DVDs.

November 8, 2024 – Salt & Light Company
“The Lord is doing something truly special in the Capital region of New Hampshire! In 2021 a last minute opportunity to fill in at the Salisbury Christian Concert series came our way. Based on the response from that surprise show the band formalized a setlist and began booking dates. Since those early days the Lord has opened doors across New England, from the seacoast of NH to northern RI and everywhere in
between. You can expect rock and roll inspired covers of Christian music as well as heartfelt originals.
Psalm 33 encourages us to “sing unto Him a new song; play skillfully with a loud noise.” Matthew 5 tells us to “let our light shine before others.” Salt and Light Company takes this to heart and works to craft a musical experience that will move your heart AND your feet. From the first beat to the last note you can expect an energetic performance that will touch the spirits of everyone within earshot.
